Russell has been practicing law for over 22 years representing individuals and small and large businesses. His area of focus is labor & employment law. Russell has handled wage & hour cases, discrimination claims, severance negotiations, and related litigation during his career. In his current role at Stanley Black & Decker, he is responsible for ensuring the company is compliant with the labor & employment laws in all fifty states in the U.S. Russell also has experience handling labor grievances and arbitrations and negotiating contracts with labor unions.
