This workshop will guide participants through marketing research and strategy plans essential for starting and growing a successful small business. Key topics include the importance of marketing, branding, messaging, target markets and channels, product and service positioning, marketing methods, and social media.
Learn how to make the magic happen by:
- Exploring various marketing research methods to focus your efforts.
- Applying research to develop a marketing strategy across different channels.
- Examining real successes and failures as an entrepreneur.
Prior to the workshop, consider:
- How will your business or business idea become successful?
- What is your vision for the process from startup to making a living and hiring employees to grow your business?

Bob Zukowski has over 30 years of experience in international sales, marketing, and strategic planning, spanning large corporations and his own startups. For the past 13 years, he has been actively involved as an entrepreneur with his own startup.
