The Norwalk Youth Symphony will open its landmark 70th Anniversary Season with a concert on Sunday, November 23 at 3:00 PM at Norwalk Concert Hall. The performance will feature more than 200 young musicians from across the region and will honor the music teachers who have guided and inspired them.

“As we celebrate 70 years of music, mentorship, and community, we honor not
only our young musicians but also the dedicated teachers who have shaped their
journeys. The Norwalk Youth Symphony continues to thrive because of this
incredible partnership between passion and guidance,” said Ritu Malik, Board
Chair of the Norwalk Youth Symphony.
The program will include beloved orchestral works such as:
- Symphony No. 5 — Ludwig van Beethoven
- Overture to The Barber of Seville — Gioachino Rossini
