Philadelphia, Here I Come!

The Clan na Gael Players are presenting "Philadelphia Here I Come!" by Brian Friel. Directed by Rich Mancini, Produced by Peg O'Leary, Stage Manager Valerie Huegel.

The play follows a young man who has decided to leave his Irish home to live with his Aunt and Uncle in Philadelphia. We meet him on the evening before his departure, in his home, facing the pleasures and uncertainties of his decision. As we follow his thoughts, spoken outloud to his family and friends expressing his exciting plans, his private thoughts are expressed by his inner voice which is often hilarious.
