Photography Exhibition: IMMISCIBLE by Karen Kallins and Veronica Hauresz

Veronica and Karen met at the Weston Library Photography Club when the club began in 2018. They became fast friends, enhanced by their mutual love of photography and drive to learn and expand their photography skills. In 2024 they had the opportunity to embark on a 2-person exhibit at the Weston Public Library. Veronica had done some work with oil and water photography and Karen suggested they learn more about it together and make that the subject of their exhibit. And so, their partnership began!

They worked together to create this inspired, imaginative body of work called ‘Immiscible”.  After the opening reception, of the first exhibit, they were invited to show the body of work at the Westport Book Shop.

The Weston Senior Center will have Immiscible photos on display through the end of 2024, including many new works! 

​
