Sunday Morning Sound Bath at Designs by Lee

UPDATE: The session on April 27th will be moving indoors due to low temperatures. We look forward to our first outdoor session in May.

Join us for a rejuvenating sound bath meditation in the serene garden setting of Designs by Lee. Experience the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other harmonic instruments as you relax among lush greenery under the open sky.

• Yoga mat
• Blanket (for comfort and warmth)
• Eye covering or mask
• Water bottle
• Small pillow or cushion for head support

The session will begin with gentle guided breathing to help you settle into the space. You'll then be invited to lie down comfortably as our experienced sound practitioner creates waves of soothing sounds that wash over you.
