Crowns & Calm: A Mom and Me Mindfulness Event
Join us for a special pre-Mother's Day experience celebrating the beautiful bond between mothers and their children!

This intimate 2-hour experience is designed to strengthen connections and create lasting memories through mindfulness and creativity. Your afternoon will include:
- Rejuvenating Sound Bath : Begin your journey with a calming sound meditation that relaxes the mind and opens the heart.
- Guided Affirmations : Share moments of gratitude and love through meaningful affirmations with your little one.
- Royal Craft Experience : Create beautiful, personalized crowns together to celebrate the queen in every mom! All materials provided.
This event is perfect for mothers and children ages 5-10. Each ticket includes entry for one mother and one child. Additional children welcome for a reduced fee.
Allergy-friendly chocolates will also be provided.
