Harmony on the Hill

Talmadge Hill Community Church welcomes you to our annual spring concert, Harmony on the Hill. It is our wish to bring harmony to our world through the gift of music by the talented musicians who are part of our special community. We’ll be offering a selection of piano, flute, guitar and vocals, ranging from folk and rock to jazz and classical.
Performances by Rob Silvan, Michael Crouch, John Ragusa, Griffin House, Emma House and The Darlings (Cathleen Morgan, Katherine Silvan, Jeanette Osborne, accompanied by Nick Trautmann on guitar and upright base).
PROFESSIONAL BIOS
Rob Silvan is a jazz musician, composer and music educator. Rob has recorded a wide variety of original music over six albums. For forty years Rob has taught classical, jazz, blues, popular music, improvisation and composition. He is the Music Director at the Talmadge Hill Community Church and the founder of KEYS in Bridgeport, CT.
John Ragusa is a New York-based professional flautist, teacher and co-founder of blues duo Mulebone. He plays conch shell, cornet, tin whistle and every kind of flute, as well as chiming in on harmony vocals.
Griffin House is an American singer-songwriter and storyteller. Touring and making records for over 20 years, he has a discography that includes over 13 albums.
